Fee Categories
The following fee structure governs the administrative levies associated with ESTA declaration processing through this portal. All fees are disclosed to the Applicant in full prior to the initiation of payment and are subject to the refund provisions outlined in the Refund Policy. No additional or concealed charges shall be imposed subsequent to fee disclosure.

Fee Disclosure Protocol
In accordance with the principle of procedural transparency, the following disclosure protocol is observed for all fee-related matters:
The total fee applicable to each submission is calculated and displayed on the application page prior to the initiation of payment processing.
A detailed fee breakdown specifying each component (government fee, service fee, applicable surcharges) is provided before payment authorisation.
The Applicant is required to affirmatively acknowledge and accept the fee structure prior to payment processing.
Payment confirmation, including the fee breakdown and transaction reference, is transmitted to the registered correspondence address.
No supplementary levies, hidden charges, or post-submission fees shall be imposed at any stage of the process.

Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through encrypted channels utilising TLS/SSL encryption protocols. Payment card data is handled exclusively by PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processors. This portal does not store, retain, or have access to full payment card numbers at any time. Transaction records are maintained solely for the purpose of refund processing and administrative record-keeping.
Currency & Billing
All fees are denominated and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Where the Applicant's payment instrument is denominated in a foreign currency, the Applicant's issuing financial institution may apply currency conversion charges at the prevailing exchange rate. Such conversion charges are beyond the control of this portal and are the sole responsibility of the Applicant.

This portal is committed to full fee transparency. The total fee applicable to each submission is disclosed prior to payment initiation. The Applicant retains the right to discontinue the submission process at any point prior to payment authorisation without incurring any charge.

This portal is not responsible for any charges imposed by the Applicant's financial institution, including but not limited to foreign transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or insufficient funds penalties. The Applicant is advised to consult with their financial institution regarding applicable charges prior to payment.
