Scope of Application
This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, and dissemination of personal data submitted through the Apply US Entry portal. By initiating a declaration, the Applicant consents to the data handling provisions set forth herein.

- Biographic data: full name, date of birth, gender, country of birth, nationality
- Travel document data: passport number, issuance and expiration dates, country of issuance
- Contact data: email address, telephone number, physical address
- Travel data: intended dates of travel, U.S. accommodation address, purpose of travel
- Payment data: payment instrument details necessary for fee processing (handled by third-party payment processors)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, access timestamps, device information
Purpose of Data Processing
Personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the following purposes: facilitation of ESTA declaration submissions, compliance validation, correspondence with the Applicant regarding their declaration, statutory record-keeping obligations, and improvement of administrative processes.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in the relevant section, and thereafter for such period as may be required by applicable statutory retention obligations. Upon expiration of retention periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Data Security Measures
Industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL) are employed for all data transmissions. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. Regular security assessments are conducted to maintain data integrity.
